Here at Why the Lamb we are dedicated to reclaiming Easter for Christ’s Glory and declaring the message “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world”.
All of our products are designed as tools to enable the body of Christ to reach their friends, acquaintances and loved ones with a gift and a message that will impact and turn their thoughts and hearts to our Saviour, and especially to help people remember The Purpose of Easter.
All our Chocolate Easter Lambs carry the "Why the Lamb?" message opposite.
Part proceeds from the sale of every lamb and every book goes to the very deserving work of ‘Compassion Australia’. The work of Compassion is releasing children from poverty in Jesus Name. This year 2010 we are excited and privileged to be able to increase our giving by 500% from 10 cents per lamb to 50 cents per lamb sold.
The funds raised for ‘Compassion Australia’ will be used specifically in their “Child Survival Program” which aims to reach and protect the lives of younger vulnerable children, prevent premature death, secure good health, and enable positive early child development.
